Casa Holiday Club offers to keep an eye on your property when you are not there. We can help with a lot of different services whether you are renting the property out or just using the property yourself. We can offer a selection of services to all types of properties from apartments to individual villas.

A membership of Casa Holiday Club costs 300€ + VAT per year and includes:

  • Key Holding.
  • Property Monitoring.
  • English/Spanish/Danish/German/French-speaking Phone Consulting.
  • Rental advertising on Casa Holiday Real Estate webpage.
  • We take pictures from the property and create the best description to offer it (Home staging under request)
  • Discounts in our services if you rent your property with us (15% commission for members, 20% non members)
  • If you want to rent your property directly, you also can be part of Casa Holiday Club! You manage your bookings, we do checking/ checkout, cleaning and laundry
